What is a Rage Room and how does it work?
A Rage Room is a safe, controlled space where you can smash, break, and destroy objects to relieve stress or just have fun. We provide safety gear and breakable items. You can come solo or with friends for personal release, group fun, or team bonding.
Is it safe?
Yes. Safety is the top priority. We provide helmets, gloves, coveralls, and a full safety briefing before each session.

Every package includes the essentials for your session.

Do you have multiple locations?

Do you charge GST?
Yes. A 5% GST is applied to all bookings and add-ons. All prices are listed in INR.
Can I bring my own items to smash?
Yes. You can bring old electronics, crockery, or personal objects. Please inform us in advance so we can confirm item safety.
- BYOB (Bring Your Own Breakables) fee: ₹500
What items do you provide?
We provide a mix of bottles and glassware, ceramics, and electronics. You can add more items at the venue.
Can I gift a session?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available and are valid for 3 years from purchase.

How do I book a session?
Visit our website, choose your package, select a time slot, and pay to confirm. Walk-ins are possible subject to availability.
Opening hours
Monday to Sunday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking 1-3 days in advance, especially for weekends.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the code at checkout. If it fails, share a screenshot on WhatsApp with proof and our team will assist you.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes. You can add items or participants at the venue or book additional sessions online.
Will my session start on time?
We try our best. Weekends may have minor delays, so arriving early is recommended.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, subject to slot availability. Check online or message us on WhatsApp.
What if I’m late?
If you are 5-15 minutes late, we will try to accommodate. For 15+ minutes, session handling is subject to slot availability.
Payments & Refunds
Cancellation policy
You can choose either 100% bank refund or 100% breakable credit.
Payment methods
We support UPI, net banking, wallets, and cards via Razorpay payment link.
- 3% fee may apply on credit and international cards.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
What if someone cancels in a group?
The session continues. Remaining participants can use the items or request handling as per policy.
What is Breakable credit?
Breakable credit is reusable balance for future bookings with no expiry and no extra charges.

Do you host corporate events?
Yes. Corporate sessions are ideal for team-building, typically 6-8 people per session.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, for groups of 15+ and repeat corporate clients.
Custom packages available?
Yes, including decorations, special smash items, cakes, and extended sessions.
Can you organize surprises?
Yes. Surprise experiences can be planned with the team.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. GST invoices are available for corporate clients.
Can you work within our budget?
Yes. Share your budget (minimum ₹15,000) and we can tailor a package.
On-Site Experience
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes. Closed-toe shoes are recommended and can be provided.
Do you provide safety gear?
Yes. Helmets, gloves, coveralls, and shoes are provided.
Can I take photos/videos?
Yes, in designated areas. Devices are at your own risk inside the smash zone.
Are lockers available?
No. Please avoid bringing valuables.
Can others watch?
Yes, from designated viewing areas.
Is parking available?
No dedicated parking is available. Please use nearby parking spaces.

Age 8+ is allowed. Parent undertaking is mandatory and parents take full responsibility for kids.
Health restrictions
Please avoid sessions if you have heart conditions, pregnancy, severe respiratory issues, or active injuries.
What if someone gets hurt?
Incidents are rare. Basic first aid is available on-site.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes, it is beginner-friendly and suitable for first-time participants.
Collaborations & Mobile Setups
Do you collaborate?
Yes, with brands, influencers, and creators.
Mobile Rage Room setups?
Available for events, festivals, corporate activations, and private parties.

For mobile setups, book 2-4 weeks in advance.

Third-Party Bookings
Refund policy
No refunds for third-party bookings unless we cancel.
